L, vl. 68748, (hereinafter referred to as the "controller") in terms of personal data protection legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR"),

• Process the member's personal data contained in the captured video and photo documentation during the members' meeting for the purposes of promoting the Czech Taiwanese Business Chamber.
• Is entitled to provide personal data of the member listed in the registration form to the extent necessary to third parties to fulfil the purpose of membership - other members of the Czech Taiwanese Business Chamber, state administration, embassies of the Czech Republic abroad, offices of representatives of political parties.
• Is entitled to provide the personal data of the member listed in the registration form to the extent necessary to recipients in third countries - state administration.
