The Czech-Taiwanese Business Chamber invites you to participate in a business delegation focused on the space, aerospace, and defense industries.

The business delegation is offered in two options:

1. Taiwan only: September 14–20, 2025, including participation in TADTE 2025

2. Taiwan + Japan: September 17–26, 2025, including participation in TADTE 2025, Aeromart Nagoya 2025, and Expo 2025 Osaka

1) Taiwan – TADTE 2025 (September 14–20, 2025)

The Taipei Aerospace and Defense Technology Exhibition (TADTE) will be held on September 18–20, 2025 in Taipei. The event is organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council in cooperation with the Taiwan Aerospace Industry Association and the Taiwan Space Industry Development Association. The previous edition of TADTE in 2023 attracted over 42,000 visitors and 970 exhibitors. TADTE is a key trade show in Taiwan for the aerospace, space, and defense industries, showcasing leading local and international players. For the first time, the event will also include the Taiwan International Drone & Unmanned Vehicle Expo.

The Czech-Taiwanese Business Chamber is preparing a 36 m² national pavilion, offering a unified visual identity and a shared presentation space for participating companies.

The program includes:

• Participation in the TADTE exhibition

• Organization of individual B2B meetings with potential Taiwanese partners

• Visits to selected Taiwanese companies tailored to participants’ focus

• Attendance at networking events during the trade show

• Program in cooperation with the Taiwan Defense Industry Development Association

• Custom-made program and on-site assistance

Participation fee: 85,000 CZK
(includes airfare, accommodation, exhibition space, presentation in the catalog, and full assistance)

2) Extended Option: Taiwan + Japan (September 17–26, 2025)

After the TADTE exhibition, the delegation will continue on Sunday, September 21 to Japan, where it will visit Aeromart Nagoya (September 24–26, 2025) – an international B2B forum for aerospace, defense, and space. The event connects manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, and R&D institutions from around the world. Aeromart is part of a global series of aerospace matchmaking events held in cities such as Toulouse, Montreal, and Seattle. The Nagoya edition is unique in its focus on the Asia-Pacific market, connecting Western and Japanese stakeholders in supply chains, MRO (maintenance and repair), advanced manufacturing, drones, and emerging technologies. In 2023, over 350 companies from 40 countries took part, with more than 8,000 B2B meetings organized.

Czech companies will be represented in a 27 m² national pavilion with a shared visual identity and presentation space.

The Japanese program also includes:

• Participation in Aeromart Nagoya 2025

• Visit to Expo 2025 in Osaka, which focuses on innovation in sustainability, mobility, and future technologies

• B2B meetings and visits to selected Japanese companies tailored to participants’ fields

• Custom-prepared program and full logistical support

Participation fee: 145,000 CZK
(includes international transportation, accommodation in Taiwan and Japan, exhibition space at both trade shows, multilingual catalog presentation, assistance, and accompanying program)
