The trade delegation from Taiwan, led by Minister of the National Development Council Ming-hsin Kung and Minister of Science and Technology Tsung-tsong Wu, undertook an extensive visit to Prague from October 23–26, marking the most significant business engagement between the two nations as of 2021.

The highlight of the TaiwanCZ High-Tech LevelUP 2021 was the formal Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony. This ceremony, opened by the President of the Czech Senate Miloš Vystrčil and Minister Ming-Hsin Kung, witnessed the signing of five memoranda in catalyst technology, cybersecurity, green energy, smart machinery, and space and aviation.

The ceremonial signing underscored the dedication to fostering a strong partnership between the two nations. Both Miloš Vystrčil and Ming-Hsin Kung emphasized the need to continue strengthening Czech-Taiwanese cooperation.
