What you’ll be doing
As Project Manager, you will take care of both the operational and strategic side of the Czech Hub. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating Czech Hub activities such as seminars, workshops, delegations, and networking events
- Communicating with Czech and Taiwanese partners (companies, universities, public institutions, incubators)
- Providing organizational and logistical support for Czech companies through soft-landing and scouting programs
- Preparing reports, presentations, and background materials for partners and donors
- Supporting marketing and PR activities (website, social media, newsletters, media outputs)
- Monitoring opportunities for Czech-Taiwanese cooperation
- Managing project budgets and keeping track of expenses
- Handling administrative and basic financial agenda related to the Czech Hub

What we’re looking for
- University degree (ideally in international relations, economics, or management)
- Experience with international project management is an advantage
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple activities independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- English at C1 level, working knowledge of Chinese
- Proactive, responsible approach and confidence in representing Czech partners internationally
- Experience with grants or project-based funding is an advantage
