Pavel Diviš highlighted the immense business potential between the Czech Republic and Taiwan, stressing key reasons why the Czech businesses need the Taiwanese market and vice versa.

Currently, the cumulative investment of Taiwanese businesses in the Czech Republic exceeds $ 1.2 billion, predominantly in information and communication, electrical and electronic industries. The newly launched direct flight is also expected to bring a new wave of investors from neighboring Japan and South Korea, hoping to set up new factories in the Czech Republic.
