Czech politicians warned that China could respond to this visit by suspending investment in the Czech Republic. “We are more or less creating controversy out of this visit by ourselves. The whole world trades with Taiwan. It is the fourth most innovative and highly exportive economy. We keep assuming that this visit is anti-Chinese, which is absurd.” Diviš argues.
